Character Development and Leadership is a Michigan-based company that spent 5 years developing an app-based program to develop the character, leadership and sportsmanship of high school athletes. We have enough content to last 3 seasons a year x 4 years. Each season focuses on a particular character trait and we provide 2-5 minute daily lessons each week to reinforce this trait in all your athletes. At the end of each lesson, there is one reflective question. The response they enter goes directly to their coach’s app. Once or twice a week, coaches bring this into practice and use it to provide meaningful discussions.
